Over the years, Head-Tech has undertaken numerous technical projects, providing us with various advanced technologies and equipment which you have been supporting in a highly professional way. Many of our keynote engineers made a point of telling me how impressed they were by Head-Tech Engineering’s professional support, expertise in nuances of the advanced processes, and other related topics. The very complicated ongoing evaluations on wet chemical cleaning of VFR substrates intended for high resolution photolithography patterning. The aim is to replace our manual multi-step “RCA cleaning” process with a semiautomatic and/or mechanized routine with a fully process-controlling system. The mission becomes super complicated due to the rank of our process specifications, which lie between the requirements of semiconductor technology and PCB manufacturing needs. Head-Tech’s support on this project is essential to us. By offering us a combined solution of materials and equipment, such as Kyzen’s cleaning materials and PBT Works’ systems, your contribution is tremendous in demanding projects. I first got to work with Head-Tech when I was still at Flex and was first exposed to the capabilities of Alpha’s solder pastes by the Head-Tech team, especially when faced with demanding applications of high reliability customers. In Elbit, the cooperation with Head-Tech has been very good, professional, and focused on our needs as a customer. More than once, the Head-Tech team exposed us to cutting-edge equipment, which enabled examination and improvement of existing processes. One such example is Head-Tech’s outstanding visual inspection systems, which get constant praise.
